Payment Policy / นโยบายการชำระเงิน

1. If you would like to change booking details (date and time) or cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
   หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนวัน/เวลาสำหรับการตรวจ หรือยกเลิกการจอง กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง ก่อนเวลานัด
2. In case of cancellation, you will be charged 500 baht due to the cancellation fee. No refunds for delayed cancellation (less than 24 hours before test)
   กรณีที่ท่านขอยกเลิกการตรวจ ท่านจะถูกหัก 500 บาทจากยอดเงินที่ชำระ และขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงิน ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้ทำการยกเลิกล่วงหน้า 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาตรวจ
3. Refund process might take 15-45 business days for credit card and 7 business days for bank transfer.
   ขั้นตอนการคืนเงินใช้เวลา 15-45 วันทำการ สำหรับผู้ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต และ 7 วันทำการ สำหรับผู้ชำระผ่านการโอน
4. If you do not make the payment within 8 P.M. of the day before you get test, the booking will automatically be canceled
   ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ชำระค่าบริการ ภายในเวลา 20:00 น. ก่อนวันตรวจ ถือเป็นยกเลิกการจอง
